چکیده
Botanicals, being safe because of their natural origin, are associated with potential health benefits due to isoflavones-rich content. Isoflavones as plant-generated secondary metabolites formed defend against environmental stress such UV radiation, mechanical damage, or any other attack from the surroundings. Kudzu (Pueraria roots and flowers), red clover (Trifolium pratense), soy (Glycine max) significant importance in medical field. were reported exhibit a variety biological functions, e.g., antiaging, anticancer, microbiome modulations. This study focuses attention on extraction quantification isoflavones kudzu (KR), flowers (KF), (RC), molasses (SM), determining total polyphenols (TPC), flavonoids (TFC), antioxidant activity (AOA). Novel green ultrasound-assisted (UAE) technology was developed extract quantify isoflavones. The results showed quantity KR, KF, RC, SM crude extracts be 1.01%, 2.9%, 0.70% 0.67%, respectively. fractionation using ethyl acetate (EA) improved yield that became 1.48%, 2.5%, 1.3% 0.89% RC fractions, investigation eventually our UAE methodology is efficient method for recovering isoflavone contents recorded follows: KFKRRCSM. We concluded these botanicals crucial source strong properties.

Preliminary phytochemical screening and antibacterial properties of crude stem bark extracts and fractions of Parkia biglobosa (Jacq.).
A methanolic crude extract of Parkia biglobosa was prepared and later partitioned in succession with different solvents of increasing polarity ranging from n-hexane, chloroform and ethyl acetate to butanol. Phytochemical screening of the extract revealed the presence of alkaloids, tannins, saponins, flavonoids, steroids, glycoside and sugars. The inhibition zones exhibited by the extract agains...
متن کاملPhytochemical screening of solvent extracts from Callilepis laureola plant
Phytochemical screening of solvent extracts from Callilepis laureola plant was studied. Methanol and water extracts, respectively, revealed that phytochemical constituents found in both extracts were phenolics and gums. Reducing sugars were only observed in water extract while phytosterols and flavanoids were only found in methanol extract. Other phytochemical constituents such as saponins, gly...

متن کاملPhytochemical Investigation of Chloroform, Dichlorometane and Ethyl Acetate Extracts from Theflowers of Adenocalymma Imperatoris-maximilianii (bignoniaceae)
The Bignoniaceae family has 110 genera and approximately 650 species, widely distributed in tropical regions. Among the genera of this family, the Adenocalymma (46 species) have been little investigated from a phytochemical point of view, found only ethnobotanical reports. The aim of this study was the phytochemical characterization of chloroform, dichlorometane and ethyl acetate extracts from ...
